Label

Label is a CRM that reimagines customer management — around a conversation. Instead of digging through menus, users ask the built-in AI assistant — “show me March revenue,” “add a new client” — and the system answers with data, actions, and shortcuts. The assistant lives everywhere: on the login screen, in onboarding, and as a constant companion inside the app. Around that core sits a complete business-management suite: a data dashboard with customizable widgets, contact management with smart tagging, a kanban sales pipeline with configurable stages, task management, a calendar with weekly and monthly views, a documents center, and system settings with integrations and plugins. Every module shares one clean visual language — a light interface with a lilac accent — defined in a full design system built alongside the screens (components, typography, color tokens). The project covered the entire product surface: login and multi-step workspace onboarding, the personal assistant experience, notifications, profile and permissions, and dozens of component states — from empty states to bulk-action flows — documented for development. Label turns the CRM from a system you report into, into a system you work with.
